Looks like you guys are really good at keeping the house clean. You even have a table decoration. Looking forward to the gathering and it better be soon.
The house seems really great. Is that 3 living spaces I saw? I especially like the sun room/ breakfast area. This house looks too nice, you may not be able to afford a trip to Arizona now.

does your landlord know what he/she has gotten themselves into? i'm thinking lots of neighbors complaining like at the other 2 houses... especially since you are already talking about bbq's and margaritas. on the flip side- it's a nice place! i like that you are still in the "neighborhood".
